“Kenny, is it because the baby is gone that you don’t love me anymore? You haven’t come home for two days do you know how much I miss you?” 

Kenneth let out a cold laugh. “I’m coming back right now.‘ 

He rushed home at top speed. 

As soon as he opened the door, Alice, dressed in silk pajamas and wearing a face mask, ran up and wrapped her arms around Kenneth’s neck. 

Her face was full of sorrow. “Kenny, have you been with Ms. Martell these past few days? Did you fall for her manipulations? Or do you just not love me anymore?” 

“If you end up choosing Ms. Martell in the end… I’m willing to leave.” 

As she spoke, she let go of Kenneth’s hand and walked toward the stairs. 

Seeing that Kenneth still made no move to stop her, she grew anxious. 

“Kenny, what does your silence mean? Does it mean that all the promises you made to me over the past year were lies, that you were just playing with me?” 

Kenneth replied coolly, “Weren’t you the one who said before that as long as I kept you by my side, you could accept any status? So what, now you’re trying to force me to divorce Christina?” Alice was stunned for a moment, then hurried to explain. “I used to think I could accept all of this. But the more I love you, the deeper I fall, and I can’t help myself. I don’t want to share with another woman! Kenny, aren’t you the same? You clearly feel nothing when you’re with Christina, but you’re happiest when you’re with me!”
