Audrey stared into Yann’s eyes and asked cautiously. “This isn’t a sex booster, is it?”
She thought Yann’s sexual ability was already strong enough–if he took performance–enhancing drugs, she’d be in trouble.
Yann scoffed and pulled her into his arms. “Guess I haven’t been trying hard enough.”
“That’s not what I meant.” Audrey quickly braced her hands against his chest, but he grabbed her wrists and pinned them behind her back.
Warm breath neared. Yann’s shadow completely enveloped her, and then he kissed her fiercely. The more she struggled, the tighter his grip became.

A hand cradled the back of Audrey’s head, and she turned to look at Yann, who had hung up the phone.
She asked, “Did the government ask you to check on the project?”
Yann nodded and said, “Hawdia Group was reported for financial fraud. During the investigation, the project needs a new leader.”
Audrey suddenly remembered something and pointed at the receding car. The last time she’d scolded an arrogant woman in the bathroom, she’d deliberately mentioned Hawdia Group to mislead her.
